2. Read the text:

The Constitution of the Russian Federation was adopted on the 12 th  of December, 1993. More than 58 million voters took part in the referendum on the new draft constitution. 32 million people voted in favour of the draft constitution. The new Constitution came into force on the 25 th  of December, 1993, when it was officially published. The adoption of the 1993 Constitution marked the beginning of a new era in the history of the Russian Federation. The Constitution forms the country’s legal foundation, proclaims the President of the Russian Federation the head of state and lays upon him the responsibility for defending the Constitution, human rights and civil liberties, safeguarding Russia’s sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, and ensuring the coordinated functioning and cooperation of the state bodies of power.

 We, the multinational people of the Russian Federation, are united by a common

fate on our land. We establish human rights and freedoms, civil peace and accord

and preserve the historically established State unity, principles of equality and self-determination of peoples. Russian people revere the memory of ancestors who have passed on to us their love for the Motherland and faith in good and justice. They revive the sovereignty of Russia for future generations. We recognize ourselves a part of the world community. We adopt the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Oxygen

Oxygen and hydrogen are two elements. Both of them exist as gas at room temperature and they combine together to form water. Hydrogen is the most abundant element of the universe whereas oxygen is one of the most abundant elements on earth.

Surprising Uses for Oxygen

The greatest amount of oxygen use comes from metal production. Oxygen is used to burn off carbon in iron to create steel. Carbon, along with other impurities, are all burned off in the process by blasting oxygen through molten iron. Oxygen is also used in rocket fuels by combining it with hydrogen inside rocket engines. Hydrogen and oxygen give off tremendous amounts of energy when they combine. This energy is what lifts the rocket into space. Oxygen is more heavier then Hydrogen, as for gases the density depends only upon the molar mass.

Oxygen in Nature

Oxygen makes up 20.948 percent of the earth's atmosphere. It also occurs in lakes, rivers, and oceans in the form of water. Its abundance in the earth is estimated to be nearly 45 percent. That makes oxygen almost twice as abundant as silicon, the second most common element. Oxygen occurs in many kinds of minerals including the carbonates, nitrates, phosphates, and sulfates. There are many amazing facts about oxygen, such as its role in plant life. Plants use the carbon dioxide that humans and animals breathe out after inhaling oxygen. It is easy to see why it is the most important element we have. From making metal to giving us what we need to breathe, oxygen helps us to survive in a way that no other element can match.

Difference between Hydrogen and Oxygen. Oxygen is vital for human beings as we need it to breathe so that our brain cells get the oxygen necessary for their functioning. It is needed by the body to maintain metabolism and also to get rid of toxins from our bodies. We get hydrogen as a component of water. Hydrogen gas is mostly used in the manufacture of Ammonia gas and is also used as a source of fuel.

Both hydrogen and oxygen are necessary for our survival (oxygen for breathing and hydrogen in the form of water). They have different chemical and physical properties. While hydrogen is one of the lightest gases, oxygen is relatively heavier (15 times than hydrogen) which is why we are able to breathe. They are both reactive gases and their reaction produces water which is essential for our survival.

      The Kremlin is the heart of Moscow. It is the oldest historical and architectural centre of Moscow.
    First it was a wooden fortress. Under Dmitry Donskoy the Kremlin was built of white stone. During the reign of Ivan III the walls of white stone were replaced by new red bri ck walls and towers. The Tsar invited Italian architects to construct the cathedrals. The Assumption Cathedral was built in 1475-1479 and all Russian Tsars and Emper­ors were crowned there. The Archangel Cathedral was the burial place of the Russian Princes and Tsars. The An-nuiciation Cathedral was built in 1484. It is famous for the icons painted by Andrey Rublev and his apprentices.     Ivan the Great is the Bell Tower, one of the most re­markable structures of the 16-th century. It rises in the centre of the Kremlin. It unites all the Kremlin Cathe­drals into a majestic ensemble.    On the stone pedestal at the foot of the Bell Tower there is a Tsar-Bell — the largest bell in the world. Not far from it one can see a Tsar-Cannon.    Another fine example of Russian architecture is the Faceted Palace. It was built in 1487-91.    One of the well-known Kremlin museums is the Ar­moury Chamber. It was built in 1851. The famous gold­en cap of Monomach, the first Russian imperial crown of Catherine II, made of gilt silver and many other pre­cious historical items are exhibited there.

Также,  немаловажным является и стремление к саморазвитию, которое впоследствии дает возможность мне,как педагогу оценивать результат собственного труда.
